• Liability Limitation: The Bite Infotech team is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including, but not limited to, property damage, loss of data, personal injury, or loss of profit—arising out of the engagement of professionals listed on this site or the use of materials on this platform.

2. Account Registration & Fees

To access certain features of the platform, both customers and service providers must create a secure account.

• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your credentials secure.
• Artisan Registration: Service providers and artisans registering on the platform agree to the standard onboarding fees (such as the GHC 70 registration fee, out of which onboarding agents retain their designated GHC 30 commission split, where applicable).
• Policy Shifts: We reserve the right to adjust registration fees, platform commissions, or resource usage policies at any moment with appropriate platform notification.

3. Payments and Security

To ensure maximum financial security for our users, Artishops.net handles transactions through verified channels:
